Fostering deployment of clean fuel vehicles
There is a need to speed up the deployment of clean fuels in order to reach national and international goals for climate gas reduction. At the conference, politicians and clean fuel experts will give presentations and discuss what kind of incentives and actions should be taken to increase the speed. Participants will also have the opportunity to see and test drive alternative fuel passenger, light and heavy duty vehicles.
Scandria2Act is an Interreg Baltic Sea Flagship project aiming to foster clean, multimodal transport to increase connectivity and competitiveness of corridor regions while minimising negative environmental impact induced by transport. The project builds upon a consolidated partnership representing local, regional and national stakeholders along the Scandria®Corridor. Lead partner is Joint Spatial Planning Department Berlin-Brandenburg, while Akershus County Council is leading the work on clean fuels.
Among the project results we find an assessment report for clean fuel deployment in the Scandria Corridor, a Clean Fuel Deployment Strategy and several reports focussing on how to increase regional capacity to implement clean fuels. Some of these will be presented at the Road Show. Read more on the Scandria2Act web page.
Participation is free of charge but there is a no-show fee of 500,- NOK.
